Commit to a course, create a new discipline and cultivate some better habits whilst learning the Ashtanga method of yoga. This class is suitable for beginners who are familiar with Ashtanga yoga or new starters with a reasonable fitness level and able to keep up with a fast paced yoga class.

6-7pm Intro to Ashtanga for beginners.. This session will be best for new starts who would like a more challenging form of yoga to help build strength and stamina as well as flexibility. Poses will be introduced well and adjustments will be offered as well as modifications if needed. If this class is not suitable for you right now then attend the 7pm class and build up some strength and stamina in order to make it easier.

Intro to Yin Yoga. A very gentle, slow introduction to stretching and releasing tight muscles, this session will be the opposite of the usual fast paced energising practice and will be the perfect practice before bedtime.

New starters: The full hour might be too challenging for you Lyndsey recommends that log in live at 6:30am. and practice for just 20 minutes, if you do the 3 times per week you will have practiced that 1 hour yoga session each week and from there you grow to 30 minute sessions to the full one hour to the full 90 to practicing every day. Can you imagine yoga feeling so good and easy and having the strength and stamina to be able to practice every day? It is possible but you have got to start slowly
