This course is ideal for complete beginners as well as those who’ve tried Ashtanga before and want to strengthen their foundation. No prior experience is required, just bring an open mind, a reasonable level of fitness, and the willingness to be challenged.

All-Levels Yoga Flow
This all-levels class offers a balanced blend of movement, breath, and mindfulness suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You'll be guided through foundational postures with options for modifications and challenges, allowing you to move at your own pace. Expect gentle warm-ups, a mindful flow to build strength and flexibility, and a calming cool-down to leave you feeling refreshed and grounded. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, this class welcomes all bodies and experience levels.

If you like to practice at home for convenience, time saving or for a cheaper way of getting more yoga practices in each week, then join us online.

New starters: The full hour might be too challenging for you Lyndsey recommends that log in live at 6:30am. and practice for just 20 minutes, if you do the 3 times per week you will have practiced that 1 hour yoga session each week and from there you grow to 30 minute sessions to the full one hour to the full 90 to practicing every day. Can you imagine yoga feeling so good and easy and having the strength and stamina to be able to practice every day? It is possible but you have got to start slowly
Introduction to Yoga.
Course one. Lesson One
A step by step introduction to yoga for new starters to learn the basic yoga moves and prepare themselves for Ashtanga Yoga.
You will gain strength, stamina and flexibility as you learn how to link the movement wit the breath whilst cultivating better body awareness and a more focused mind.
Each session in this intro course will be 30 minutes long and every session will prepare you for the next step so it is vital to practice them in order.
Course One. Lesson Five
This session concludes your 5 session Introduction, well done for making it this far. Once you have completed this you are ready to move onto Course number 2 which is Beginners Yoga.
